Due to holiday season, there may de delays in shipping. We will get your order out to you as soon as we can to help combat this.

Returns/Refunds

We try to achieve 100% transparency and satisfaction with each purchase that you make with us. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to return your item than please send us a message. We do not pay for shipping for your item to be sent back to us and we do not refund shippping charges. Upon receipt, we will gladly refund your items.

Broken Crystal?

Please send us a message with a picture of your broken crystal and we will partially refund your purchase as appropriate or offer an exchange. Please be sure to send us pictures from multiple angles to prevent the return process from being delayed. If you would like a full refund for a specimen that has very minimal damage or blemishes, we will request that you return it so that someone else has a chance to appreciate a special piece for a lower price.

Lost Package?

We make sure that all of your packages are insured. In the unfortunate circumstance of your package being lost or not delivered, we will provide a replacement if possible or a refund.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping info.

We offer tracking on all orders, which will be available through the link in your order shipment email. 

 

How much does shipping cost?

Your shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer a wide range of shipping services that will depend on your location and weight of your items. Our partnership with UPS allows customers to purchase heavy items without paying as much as you would for the post office. You can use the shipping calculator in your cart to see your shipping cost as you add more items.
